Karter Little Wins Terms and Conditions

By enrolling your child in Karter Little Wins programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll your child.

2. Program Information

Karter Little Wins offers a variety of programs designed to meet the unique needs of children with autism and learning differences. Specific program details, including curriculum, schedules, and fees, are outlined in separate program descriptions and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify programs or services as needed.

3. Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment is subject to availability. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Payment schedules and policies are detailed in the enrollment agreement.

4. Child Conduct

Parents are responsible for ensuring their child’s appropriate behavior and adherence to school policies. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of enrollment.

5. Health and Safety

Parents must provide accurate and complete health information for their child. Karter Little Wins maintains a safe environment, but parents remain responsible for their child’s well-being. We follow all applicable health and safety regulations.

6. Confidentiality

Karter Little Wins respects the confidentiality of student information. We adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

7. Modifications and Changes

Karter Little Wins reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.
