Current Positions at Karter Little Wins
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support children with autism and learning differences.
Requirements: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field; current BCBA certification.
Lead Special Needs Teacher
Design and lead individualized instruction, manage classroom activities, and support the development of children with autism and learning differences.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; teaching license or certification preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, track progress, and provide direct support to children with special needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

Assistant Special Needs Teacher
Support the lead teacher in daily instruction, assist with classroom management, and help children with special needs thrive in a structured environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with children or in special education preferred.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children. Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support children with developmental delays, autism, and other communication challenges.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Support children in developing the fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and social-emotional skills needed for daily activities. Provide individualized therapy plans, collaborate with families and educators, and promote independence for children with developmental delays, autism, and other challenges.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy; current NBCOT certification and state licensure.
Physical Therapist (PT)
Evaluate and treat children with gross motor delays, balance and coordination challenges, and mobility impairments. Develop individualized therapy plans to enhance strength, range of motion, and functional movement. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support physical development in children with a variety of needs.
Requirements: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; current state licensure and PT certification.
